Did Not Train Nor Trust Employees - Sr Account Executive OpenFortune Employee Review

Pay is extremely low. They do not train you or care about training you. There was no sense of direction and no coaching, yet as an employee you would get scolded for not doing what they wanted without even knowing. It's not all their fault as they don't really know how to train or coach. Felt like the offer was a big bait and switch... Overall, we parted ways "mutually" but that conversation was the first time I even learned they were unhappy with me. Would NOT recommend.
