Great culture, lovely people and a very diverse workforce. Transparent business culture - very clear how much effort is made to keep communication open between teams within the business, including senior management/ our international offices. Already invested in me /my professional development through external training courses. We all have a say in what we do for regular social events. Weekly deliveries to the office (including fruit/brownies/beers on a Friday). Amazing location - I love Shoreditch!
