      Pros

      None, there isn't even the slightest pros.

      Cons

      They shut down Hufcor ($120 million dollar business) similar to all the other failed businesses. Management was terrible, didn't cut the grass anymore, shipped projects at 90% complete so they could bill for it to cook the books, back charges came in like crazy, increased lead times from 6 weeks to 26 weeks, moved the plant to Mexico then shut it down.

      Pros

      If you put in work, the team will recognize it and help you learn and grow. They'll give you added responsibilities which helped a lot for full-time recruiting. I still use tricks of the trade that I've learned from these guys at my current employer. Hands down the best group of guys I've learned and worked with.

      Cons

      Only vegan snacks stocked in the breakroom.
