      Pros

      The best part about OpenOffer.com is their business structure! All of the tasks are laid out, plain and simple and just a great team to work with!

      Cons

      I think being able to reach all the team members would be a bit of a concern, although everyone is very helpful.

      Pros

      Awesome company to work for, great learning experience, relaxed environment, great interaction during development phases. A true agile company with transparent culture.

      Cons

      Change is not always good. If changes are implemented, try to make them gradually

      Pros

      Pay is great and the communication between management and employees is great. The culture is awesome as they are young startup trying to grow at a fast pace. I would recommend anyone to work here.

      Cons

      Face to face interaction is limited which can be hard during a growth stage. Nothing really stands out as being a major con.
