Healthcare was great, 100% covered premium if no spouse or children on plan. (I have neither) Work/life balance. Remote. Professional Development. Holidays off if you want them off and have PTO to cover. Internet reimbursement.
Cons
No Sick Time. You have to use your PTO if sick. Being laid off.
