In response of above feedback, After each celebration HR always ask members for the feedback through Google form, So we can make our celebration experience wonderful. I would appreciated your feedback, If you were giving on that time instead after leaving the organization.
Further regarding your thoughts for the management, In this current pandemic their is no change in financial decision and all the set process is on time as per the commitment. In-fact we were aware that in this difficult situation member is supporting the company , So management issued motivational gift vouchers.
one year time period is very sort to judge the company growth and as per my best understanding members judge company progress by assigned work and if you have any concern related to that then we have the set process, which we always motivate our members to follow, So we can answer each member concern as per our best ability.
