Pros
Growing company - Plenty of opportunities & you always feel involved and always kept up to date with all business updates as many customer service roles in the past do not include the customer service team much however Openpay really do make you feel as important as each other! Great company, lovely managers and a nice working environment.
Cons
No cons really however a bonus structure for the customer service team would be great addition to push the team to work as hard as each other, it would be a great incentive to get the team working closely - This is an idea but otherwise absolutely great place to work. :)
