Pros
Great CS team. Some very kind and helpful people throughout company. Solid product but very weak promotion and awareness strategy.
Cons
No transparency and very clicky senior leadership. Micromanagement in several departments to the point you lose all autonomy regardless of your expertise. Lack of budget and resources have driven many to leave. Like many small start ups right now, layoffs are inevitable.
