Very good and humble leadership with good vision.
Nice set of products to work on.
Some engineers are super helpful.
Good pay.
Remote work.
Cons
Teams don't work as one, lots of blame game between teams, and constant fighting.
No synergy between teams. There is no sense of a shared goal.
Lots of attitude issues across the board, irrespective of junior/senior engineers, 50 percent are super hardworking and nice, but the others are just feeding their egos.
