      usually you're hired with no previous experience, you're taught what you need to know. you will get full hands on experience with different platforms and you will be trusted with big accounts. great managers and owners, they really care about you.

      can be quite stressful, working for big brands with high demands in an extremely fast paced enviroment.

      Started at the company when it was smaller, left when it was growing and becoming less casual and startup-esque. As I was leaving, the company was becoming a far better place to evolve as a professional in the world of digital marketing.

      Managers can be rough, sometimes internal communication gets a little muddy - kind of a big company dynamic in a medium office.
