Pros
-Some of the smartest people I've ever worked with -The technology actually does what it says. It automates a lot of the tasks I had to do at my previous agency that were a waste of time. -You don't have to make excuses of why the technology doesn't work or why performance isn't great like I had to do at my previous jobs. -People are generally curious and helpful at the company. Engineers are constantly trying to make your life more efficient -You will get hit up constantly by recruiters at other agencies trying to steal you. So good training ground to make a lot more money in the future.
Cons
-There's not a huge amount of structure they are more a tech company/start up than an agency. I came in being used to a more corporate culture and this is the opposite. It took me a few months to get used to it. -Work long hours. -It's competitive internally
