Pros
- great office (food, massage, big kitchen etc) - breaks (depending on a project u r working in, but breaks can be long); - communication between manager and employees - it is awesome for a student to start a career path
Cons
- salary (minimum wage with a possibility of a small bonus once in a 4 or even 6 months); - a very small chance of a growth in a company (you have to work there for a looong time to get a better job)
