Optalis is owned by the 2 councils and does not make a profit. The pure focus is the delivery of the best care. I work alongside the most talented and experienced individuals in their sectors and have never not been treated with the upmost respect to contribute to the journey Optalis is on. There is not a staff member who is not helpful and the SLT are the best I have ever worked for in my career todate.
