Cons
Opteweb (Opt-e-web) and Legend Web Solutions are basically the same company and everything is very intertwined and convoluted. You will be responsible for running the business because the owner is pre-occupied with doing other work for another company. This includes: Account Management - meeting clients, selling services, sending proposals and contracts, invoicing Project Management - keeping clients on track, delegating work to outsourced workers Designing - designing logos, identities, and websites Development - developing websites, QA and testing You are expected to work as if you're making $100/hr. The owner thinks logos should be made in 10 minutes because you can just buy clipart. All websites have to be designed/built in under 14 hours regardless of size/requirements. The owner doesn't understand the point in researching/keeping SEO intact for companies whose sites you are updating, so you actually will hurt some of the clients web presence. There is no benefits package The company failed to pay me my final paycheck on my last day of work as required by law.
