      Pros

      I've been with them a long time. They do a lot of new construction

      Cons

      The reimburse for MLS fees, they don't pay them outright. No mileage pay. No CE class pay. Terrible health insurance company. Withhold work if you don't do a 2 day turn time. The preload team is terrible. They take $11 out of every appraisal for a tech fee.

      Pros

      I enjoy the flexibility that my profession provides, as it allows me to work from home. The leaders are all approachable and friendly. We all seem to be striving for the same goal.
