Open managers, no hierarchy, good salary

A messy schedule.. you be working two hours in the morning and then 4h the evening

Work life balance, good hours, great staff

Management hold meetings between themselves every day but don't listen to general hard working employees. IT systems are sub standard, problems reported but ignored daily. The hardest part is not being given the tools to do your job properly or the opportunity to showcase your talent, with office politics taking it's place with one upmanship. It's a shame as there's potential for a so much more.
