The work is rewarding, and the organization is great.

Had to work on-site rather than remote, but that may have changed since.

Decent perks, including remote work, different incentives, and flexibility that’s genuinely appreciated. Senior leadership is sharp and clearly knows the business. There are also quite a few genuinely nice and capable individual contributors who make day-to-day work more enjoyable and remind you what a strong team can look like.

Lack of good managers; Favoritism is noticeable on certain teams, and there’s an “old boys’ club” dynamic that can limit growth and fairness.
