I have received a lot of trust and freedom, which has allowed me to evolve much faster than in any other larger company. The managing team is very supportive and gives clear and constructive feedback.
Cons
Opticks is based in Barcelona and the majority of the team is Catalan, which means it can be difficult to fully integrate if you're not fluent in Spanish and/or Catalan.
