      - good salary - flexible hours

      Cons

      - not a professional company - no pension/retirement package, company forces you to be freelancer in order to save some taxes - too much circulation of employees, every month they hire and/or sack around 10 engineer, very poor HR

      communication issues and inconsistent project timelines made it a challenging place to work. communication from management could be much better
