      Pros

      The litigation department is busy and hard working, but the atmosphere is positive and staff are friendly and sociable. There is scope for career advancement should staff want to progress and the various teams within the department support and assist each other, which creates a pleasant working environment.

      Cons

      The business has had its issues in the past and has seen a significant amount of change over the past few years, but things now seem to be heading in the right direction.

      There simply wasn’t any at all

      Cons

      Micro management No empathy Treated as a number in a system Company was poorly run and we had to pick up the peices Constant promises to progress which wasn’t the case - donkey and the carrot…
