Everyone I have worked with at Optima has been super friendly, approachable and helpful. There are some really knowledgable people in engineering who will offer your their time and support when you need it. Company is growing, there is time for training and gaining certifications, pay feels fair/good.

It's a consultancy, its fast paced, sometimes the workload can feel alot but even still the weekly hours are fair and never really go beyond normal working hours
