I didn't see any advantages. They were unfair and trying to make some economy by paying me way less that people who were hired at the same time than me, for the same position.
Cons
I really wanted to work in this company. I did so many efforts : I sent them emails, I went to this place to give my CV on a Saturday. I showed a lot of motivation. I even accepted this job for a low salary, because I thought that we all will be paid nearly the same. But they took me for a stupid person, what I am not. The first day of my job, I learned that my colleagues have a higher salary than me for the SAME position. The difference was very big (18k - 23k). I was shocked because I have a Master's degree, I have some years of job experience and I speak several languages. That's why I sent an email to the HR. She tried to find weird reasons, but no reasons justify such a big difference of salary for the same position. And I told her so. I left after the first day, because it's not accurate to try to play with a woman like that. Sad for them, they lost a very good employee.
