      The tech srack was actually pretty good.

      Cons

      Optima Technology locally went into administration in 2023. At the time they had developers in multiple countries and it was hard to determine precisely what was being done and where.

      Small, intimate company where everyone is able to interact with each other on a daily basis with the freedom to do your work without overwhelming deadline pressure

      When I worked there it was rather slow
