      Have never had such a positive experience with any management team.

      Changes systems twice in two years. that is the only minimally con thing I can think of

      Decent tech, when CEO was in a positive mood things really hummed. Unfortunately, that was few and far between.

      Cons

      No real team, decisions made in a silo, culture toxic @ times.
