This company is not for freah graduate as there is no training and documentation . The Asia team is run by Taiwanese management and Singaporen management. There is no handing over to new hire, the learning is steep and it’s like sitting in a roller coaster , semi conductor customer and the management expect you to work 24 by 7. The remuneration is not good as you need to work so long hours. The Israelis Rnd team is very unhelpful and will wash hands after sending codes to you.
