Optimational provides a very easy and comfortable way to connect to the toolkit that is simple to navigate and use anywhere at any time. It's also a very friendly environment - project managers are always easy to reach and discuss certain issues, deadlines or work progress with and find solutions to any problems.
Cons
Payments sometimes take a pretty long time to be credited, that's why it's very difficult to manage your own finances. However, it's something Optimational does warn about in advance.
