Optimising IT's positive and friendly culture makes working here a real joy. The SMT are always open to listening to new ideas and are transparent across all aspects of the business, which has allowed me to continue to drive our strategic marketing plan forward. My creativity is always encouraged and well received, and I'm able to explore new opportunities and feedback to the SMT. Personal development is also high on the SMT's agenda and continued learning is a big part of the culture here at Optimising IT. I'd also add that the SMT are agile and dynamic, spotting new business opportunities but remain measured with their business decisions. Flexibility is important for me and this was recognised from day one and for that I'm very grateful to be able to work from home on a regular basis to suit my personal needs and to compliment the nature of my role. A healthy lifestyle is actively encouraged, with 'walk n' talk' meetings promoted across the company, lunchtime walks (there are plenty of stunning countryside walks on our doorstep), fresh fruit provided and benefits that include half price gym memberships etc.
