      Great company to work for. Loved the atmosphere and the entire team. I can't say more about the company leaders. If I move back to Houston, I would reapply.

      Most of the people I worked with were lovely

      Cons

      Not concerned with the quality of engineering or accuracy of drawings. A couple of lead designers were abusive and management wouldn’t step in. Poor utilization of resources with no plan to improve.
