Pros
Such a friendly and supportive environment. Can go to absolutely anyone for help, the culture around growth and development is amazing but also a very fun bunch who know how to celebrate each others wins! The initial 2 months training with Kunal was the best it could be, so detailed and every extra mile that could be taken was took to provide the best guidance and full support in every way. Even after leaving training the learning and development doesn’t end, managers and colleagues are so helpful, also very refreshing to see the executives around the office offering help and getting involved too.
Cons
Nothing bad to say. The industry itself is tough and starting out in recruitment is difficult but the amount of support and care provided takes a huge weight off and is absolutely unmatched!
