Pros
The main reason to come work for Optimy, apart from its vision, is the colleagues. The collegiality is something that is seldom found elsewhere. Everyone from C-level down to interns are incredibly hospitable and warm. As for the role, being a Product Owner at Optimy (as any other job) has its own challenges, but you grow so much and you're really given the chance to explore.
Cons
While the onboarding process for sales and CS is very extensive, it does lack in other departments. Because it is a scale-up, there is some pressure. However, priorities do need to be managed better so that the pressure doesn't accumulate.
