      No project management at all. No work most of the time and hell of work in a week. Management focus more on time spent than productivity.

      Pros

      Optini is a true "innovation hub" where you can look 3-5 years down the road for potential industries to disrupt and then build products to match.

      Cons

      It's hard to accomplish the big picture goals with a smaller budget. I think if the team had more resources then better products would come out of it.

      Fair environment. All ideas were heard. Everyone was part of the team. Learning on the job was encouraged.
