- Feedback from clients confirms that our product is the strongest in the space - Ability to work independently and not micro-managed is greatly appreciated - Meetings with management are easy to structure and constructive -Management has tremendous experience in the space and relationships that go back decades -Clients find our data incredibly helpful for their business - OptionMetrics is a relatively small team of employees and this means people have to be creative and think critically about how to add value, if you enjoy that sort of work/thought process, you will be happy here - Small team means each individual has the ability to meaningful improve top and bottom line - Management will treat you with respect when you show them you are a professional and can help grow the business - I have been encouraged to get honest, constructive feedback from clients and have been able to relay this information back to our management team to enhance our product/experience/brand

- New product launches have been a bit slower than hoped; however, having worked at small financial services companies in the past, this isn't shocking - Keep sneaking in more healthy snacks at the food bar please!
