Being a part of this dynamic team has been a positive experience so far. I enjoy being surrounded by smart, genuine individuals that care about the mission. Being in a field that requires you to take care of others, there is always risk of burnout. I appreciate that this company supports work/life balance and flexibility. Lots of positives to highlight: Management that is open to feedback, ample opportunity for advancement, great culture.
Cons
