Pros
One of the best non profit organizations I have worked for. The team is like a family and everyone employed truly care and take the time to build strong connections with the kids and the family. There is also a variety of positions you can experience and do within this organization, you're not stuck to just one position forever. You get great PTO and flex benefits here.
Cons
I think they could provide further attention to building a training workshop for each position so new employees are more well prepared and knowledgable.
