People are young, mostly nice, good work life balance. Drinks on friday can be fun. Informal environment (can be good or bad depending on you)
Cons
100% Dutch employees. Good if you are Dutch and want to work exclusively with dutch market and in Dutch. No training, even with “feedback sessions”, no improvement and no sales training. Terrible salary and compensation. No career progression. Expect to be given false promises regarding your future. You should only work there if you are Dutch and starting your career, using it as a stepping stone. Company is not improving in any way, quite the opposite.
