      Pros

      Optosecurity is expending its installed base. A lot of exciting challenges. The variety of opportunities offers room to grow and take leadership in many aspects of the business. It offers really interesting possibilities for anybody being versatile. On top, great work ambiance and friendly/almost family culture!

      Cons

      Optosecurity's is a 40 employee business evolving at fast pace. However, it is also a lot more agile and reactive than bigger players. This is the perfect employer for anybody being entrepreneurial.

      Pros

      Optosecurity is a small Company where you touch a lot of things in your field of expertise. It's easy to be creative and bring ideas. Lot's of flexibility and I feel like my co-workers really care about my well-being.

      Cons

      Small company with a fast pace, could be harder for some type of person.
