Extremely kind coworkers, good leadership, stable business model. Started by auditors who knew that unhappy employees are a risk. Unlimited PTO and a clear bonus system.
Cons
Confusing industry (audit, risk, compliance) and completely remote. Would love more chances for human connection. Always trying to do more with less and save money.
