The same operational issues appear across multiple departments, yet they continue without meaningful improvement. Leadership often maintains legacy processes rather than challenging what’s no longer working. The culture also felt extremely micromanaged. Experienced professionals should be trusted to do their jobs without constant oversight. Excessive micromanagement slows productivity, reduces autonomy, and creates an environment that makes it difficult to do your best work.
