      There are a lot of opportunities to arise and grow professionally. They have participated in great projects within innovative companies, providing knowledge of business and software technologies to improve people life quality.

      Cons

      Lately, they don't have a clear path with some clients. After a new hire spent a lot of effort learning all technologies involved within a project suddenly they change this employee to another client with a completely different approach and solutions.
