Pros

There is no pros there is no job satisfaction and no possitive attitude towards staff whatsoever

Cons

There is so many it is absolutely not worth working at oracle barely minimum wage no pay raise no incentive to work harder or praise for good work if you take a sick day you get a warning for taking a day off. Unless you are in a management position you are treated like garbage and most of the management are unprofessional have no compassion and some too inexperienced to be in a manager's role. The probation period is 1 year and you are offered only part time contract but work fulltime hours so you can be fired or "not exceed the probationary period" for absolutely nothing. There is so much wrong with this company if you part of it get out when you can look to be a part of it? Dont even bother it is not worth the stress.

Working with knowledgeable people. Opportunity to learn . Benefits are excellent. Employee stock purchase plan.

Cons

Extreme amounts of back log. High stress environment. Need to negotiate high salary as raises and bonus are geared towards a select few
