i don't see any cons

Employees work hard. Employees cover a lot of territory.

Disorganization. Insufficient access to information to perform at highest level or cover for vacant positions. Poor communication. Favoritism. Keep staff not performing + term staff who speak up. Pay not commensurate with workload/level of responsibility.
