- Very talented, motivated team - Collaborative environment, nice in-office workspace - Impressive product, exciting customers like Vercel, Replit, Neon, etc - Plenty of exciting technical challenges to build a powerful + flexible, high-throughput ingestion usage-based billing product

- As a smaller team, requires a higher degree of autonomy (less structure for growth for less experienced engineers, but plenty of ownership opportunities)
