      Pros

      The weekends when my boss didnt make me come into the office, but "let" me work from home or be "on call" for one of the senior leaders. I am a producer, not a surgeon!!

      Cons

      Everything else. They just laid off people in production, accounts, and ops. No direction from managers - first to take your idea if it's good and upper management likes, but first to place blame on you if they dislike.

      Pros

      - Opportunity to work on projects with big clients. - Great facilities and talented coworkers. - Stocked fridge and staff lunches/events.

      Cons

      - I worked here when it was Edisen and worked from the NYC office. It's unfortunate that office doesn't exist anymore, but I'm very appreciative to the time I spent at the company.
