THE worst management ever. Be VERY aware of all those who had a VP or C-level position in Orbex, they are the reason the company lost everything: - Micromanagement everywhere - Absolutely incompetent people speaking like true experts - Decisions that seemed like they were made following some trend or AI advice - Attempts to make a 200-people company run like they were a 5000-employee multinational - Attempts to apply software-industry project management

Fantastic company atmosphere where everyone felt part of the team with the goal of launching a rocket.

Unfortunately it was a high risk to secure funding which didn't materialize.
