      t was literally a company run by people with no real experience in the field. Upper management had no idea what they were doing, which eventually led the company into bankruptcy. Most of the middle management were fresh graduates with no real-life or professional experience.

      THE worst management ever. Be VERY aware of all those who had a VP or C-level position in Orbex, they are the reason the company lost everything: - Micromanagement everywhere - Absolutely incompetent people speaking like true experts - Decisions that seemed like they were made following some trend or AI advice - Attempts to make a 200-people company run like they were a 5000-employee multinational - Attempts to apply software-industry project management

      Fantastic company atmosphere where everyone felt part of the team with the goal of launching a rocket.

      Unfortunately it was a high risk to secure funding which didn't materialize.
