      Pros

      I truly enjoy working at Orbita everyday. We have a very talented group of people that are respectful, encouraging, thoughtful, innovative, collaborative, experienced, and customer focused. The leadership team is absolutely amazing, certainly the most impressive executives I’ve worked with in my career. They are genuine, open- minded, encouraging, collaborative and just plain impressive to work with. Orbita offers a generous package of benefits and really encourages employees to create and be part of an engaging, exciting, and rewarding culture.

      Pros

      I cannot say enough everyday how much I enjoy working at Orbita. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I get to work with a great team of employees that enjoys collaborating to achieve the company goals. The best part of working at Orbita is hearing other employees complimenting each other for doing a great job. There is no “I” in team at Orbita. Everyone is a TEAM together. The CEO is amazing! She keeps everyone energized, she is very easy to speak to and keeps everyone engaged. If you reach out to her for assistance, she is right there to help and assist. You do not see that a lot in CEOs. The work/life balance is great, and the benefits exceed other places I have been employed at previously.

      It was great to get some startup experience.

      Cons

      I wish our team was able to finish what we started. We were quick to pivot in some cases.
