Pros

Orca really tried, they just couldn't get product to work in the prime-time environments and lost to smarter competition who knew how to engineer and execute. A laid back culture, US teams are chill and have accepted that we're nothing more than a low cost, mid-market alternative. you can make 50% of your plan and no-one will say a thing. It's not for the high performers, but a great place to learn

Cons

Product won't scale. scrapped the agent as, like most other initiatives here, great idea but couldn't execute like Wiz. Management team is sympathetic, almost like they've accepted our fate as a bit player. Palo and Wiz will fight this out, we'll still get the mid-market cheap alternatives. CEO has no idea how to change the trajectory, CMO will peddle weak marketing awards from agencies noone has ever heard of. CRO seems like a nice guy, just isn't built for the enterprise and all the sales stars moved on to greener pastures. HR put in restrictive "save a buck" policies for travel, so now I only do zooms rather than deal with all of that

Great team, a lot of unique opportunities you don't get at a big company (example - traveling to events, QBRs, SKO, ect...)

Pros

Strong technology, easy to deploy.

Cons

Wiz has already cornered the market and now even Upwind probably has more momentum as a brand, even if their tech is inferior.
