      Pros

      A few genuinely hard-working people who try to do their jobs despite the chaos

      Cons

      This company runs on office politics, not performance. If you’re not part of the inner circle or constantly flattering leadership, you’re disposable. Management hides financial and operational problems behind forced “everything’s great” speeches while quietly cutting good employees. Promotions and layoffs are based on favoritism and personal connections, not results. The culture is immature, cliquey, and run by people more focused on titles and egos than actual work. Leadership pretend to care about feedback, but it’s all talk..nothing changes.

      Pros

      Great people and culture that strikes a good balance of laid back yet productive and motivating. The work is interesting and everyone is excited about finding the best solutions to problems. Management seems to listen to feedback and is transparent with employees. Everyone, management included, seems to have a growth mindset and recognizes that the company is constantly growing and evolving. No one is too set in their ways and just wants to find the best way forward.

      Cons

      Priorities change quickly and can take a long time to solidify. Benefits and pay could also be better, but have been improving!
