Fast-Paced working environment.

Company is growing fast because they are doing so well.
One of the best things I like about working here is that they are always looking at ways to make things better and improve processes. People's opinions matter and whenever there is a suggestion or idea on how to do something, it is easy to present that idea to upper management. And upper management for their part are very supportive and are always willing to listen, discuss and help implement good ideas.
Cons
The current office is getting to be a bit too small for company. The company is growing rapidly and it's getting a bit tight on space. I know the company is currently looking to address the issue, but in the meantime some people are experience a distinct lack of space.
