Pros

Can learn a lot about ERP in this company.

Cons

Not very flexible with working hours. Heavy micromanagement practices, though i believe this was only in my team.

Pros

Firstly, we work with great people, at the Order wise office there is a friendly, helping vibe. Regular staff surveys and HR & management do seem to be looking at these and working to improve staff happiness. Benefits include 30 days holiday, 10 days paid sick, company 5% pension contributions. No more clocking in, everyone is trusted to do their work now. The food in the cafe is fantastic, different meals everyday. Regular meeting from leaders and the CEO, can feel pointless at times, but it's great to have the opportunity to hear what's happening across all teams and the whole company. Opportunities to engage with colleagues in different businesses and countries. Hybrid working, 2 days in the office each week is ok, free meal on team day. Glassdoor says David Hallam is the CEO, but he left when he sold the business.

Cons

A lot of HR initiatives, but seeing results slow No healthcare benefits. We've got a social committee, but they've not organised anything for a while.
